Aims
Helping the community to gain and attain employment- through proactive support, training, advice and guidance; working with 16-60 year olds to up skill, improve and develop their skills- to access the working and business environment.
Services
Teleresources can provide any training and outsourcing services to a variety of companies, both public, private and statutory organisations.
As a Social Enterprise, Teleresources is a Not-For-Profit organisation which provides outsourcing services to businesses covering:
- Telemarketing
- Database Building
- Database Cleaning
- Telesales
- Lead Generation
- Appointment Booking
- Market Research
- Training and Recruitment
Trading as a social enterprise, all costs incurred; for services; will be ploughed back into the training project to enable Teleresources to facilitate training; qualifications up to Level 2; recruitment events and open days across the whole of Wolverhampton - to achieve the overall goal of attaining employment for individuals.
