Our Aims:

AWS is a community based organization which offers support and information services to African women and their families. Our main aim is to facilitate the integration and full participation of African women into the community.

We provide immigrant women from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and practice conversational English. Our Aims:

Base 25 offers a girls group that is open to young people between the ages of 11 and 16. The primary aim of this group is to build confidence, self esteem and personal awareness. The programme is an 8 week programme that includes sessions on healthy eating, sexual health, healthy relationships and drug awareness and much more.

Community Weight Loss Challenge

Our Aims:

The 12-week programme advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages excercise.  Each person will receive personalised weekly, one ro one coaching.  Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.  Each week participants will weigh in and consult with the coaches, who'll help you along the way, offering various options to help to help reach your ideal weight and body composition.  The programme encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and excercise.
