Community Weight Loss Challenge

Aims

The 12-week programme advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages excercise.  Each person will receive personalised weekly, one ro one coaching.  Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.  Each week participants will weigh in and consult with the coaches, who'll help you along the way, offering various options to help to help reach your ideal weight and body composition.  The programme encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and excercise.

Services

The cost to participate for the full 12 weeks is only 25 pounds, which will fund a prize pot to be divided amongst those who get the best personal results. i.e. percentage of body weight lost.  Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.
